I posted this problem in the Ambient forum, but I thought I would also post here for help. It seems VWS and WebDrive are not getting along since I upgraded WebDrive a few days ago. When I start WebDrive and VWS, they both freeze up immediately and have to be restarted. VWS is fine with its own ftp program, that is what I'm using at present.  I don't know if going back to the previous version of WebDrive would help, and I don't know where to find it, I only see the current version on the site. If that can't be done, I would like to know if there is any other program I can use? I am using ajax on my site, and want to continue doing so, and I was using WebDrive to upload the data.csv and data2.csv files.

It sounds like something went wrong during the upgrade...
Try un-installing WebDrive and then load a new, updated complete version.

If you want to try another program, I suggest Fling.

Is Fling able to just upload one or two files? That's all I need. I don't want any folders uploaded.

Fling will ftp any file that gets changed in a particular folder.

IMHO, Fling performs better than webdrive.

I too am using Fling for almost all my uploading and I find it to work very well. I highly recommend it.

Well, I downloaded Fling, received excellent instructions on setting it up from Rick (Curly) and am up and running again :)  Thanks again, Rick!
