Oracle vs IP 100

To my horror I awoke to discrepancy between my Oracle and the rainwise app for Mac and my rainwise desktop. The oracle is correctly displaying 30.26 of pressure. Everything else is showing 29.92. I have restarted everything and no change. I am using the IP 100.

My bad, I never entered the Baro offset into the IP 100. Thanks to Rainwise support they entered it for me by remote...all is well !
