Hello,

Does anyone have a script to share for setting up NOAA weather radio for use with the CarterLake/AJAX/PHP templates?

Many thanks!

WU has the directions for setting it up on your page. Then you can just embedd the flash player on your page like I did mine.

I see you are using a template so I am not sure if you can make a new page and then link to it from your navigation page or not. Should be able to though.

Here is the link for setting up the feed...

The code for that flash player can be found in the radio forum. If you can't find it let me know and I will give you the code for the flash player.

In addition to your radio, do you also have an audio (1/8" male-male stereo) cable to connect to the computer?

If so, try the wiki posted earlier to help you get started.  Here is an alternate link to download Edcast.

If you have specific questions, let us know where you are stuck and we'll try to help.

Once you have the stream uploading to Weather Underground, then you can take the next step of adding it to your website.

Is Edcast the only way to upload the audio ?
If pc needs a restart the info to set it up is lost.
Dont seem to see a save info for an auto restart.

My settings are saved when I restart. When I add a encoder it appears in the bottom window and I have AutoConnect checked I also have edcast in my startup folder so it starts automatically when I start the computer.
