Title: what the heck is WI NOAA Radio WXJ86 saying?(they fixed it now)

I think the weather radio at WI NOAA Radio WXJ86 is not with the program. it is talking strange talk right now.  :?

Maybe the transmitter is down.

it was talking. But it was talking strangely. saying backslash and dot dot dot backslash
