Topic: VP2 weatherlink ip not working

Hi folks, i am having some issues sending data from my VP2 and weatherlink ip logger we have a new router hub (Telstra Gateway Max).
I tried to set up a Port Forward 80 but it appears that it is not reaching the out side world.
I have asigned the local ip address to the logger which i can see on the network.
Also there appears to be another strange problem in that Weatherlink.com will workpartilly on one laptop but not the second one ?.
Any help would be most helpfully as i am not technically minded.
