No probably not because there is so many theories both for and against GW that if it was always to be published on NY times front page, you probably wont be looking at anything else :D

I know it an old article but never heard one peep about this theory in 2006 from the so called global warming argument. I can post another argument I've theory that goes back to 1897 and earth precession. But those that belive it man made would say it is not so. Just keep following the money trail.

Sounds like somebody felt like applying a "butterfly-effect" answer to the "global climate" question.
