Topic: Software for pulling/displaying data already in a database

Hello,

         I'm looking for some weather software that would display data, graphs,etc via the web.

         I'm running the Sparkfun Weather board https://www.sparkfun.com/products/10586 and transmitting data wirelessly via an XBEE module mounted on the Weather Board.  The receiving XBEE module logs the weather data into a SQL Server.  The problem is that the software I've seen assumes the weather station is connected directly to the PC. 

         So, any suggestions for software that can pull directly from a database?
