The "Calm" Before The Storm....
« on: December 12, 2014, 10:29:34 AM »
We had a pretty hefty wind storm here last night.  My station picked up a 59mph gust.  I look across the water at a station I helped set up and the last gust I saw out of his station was 69.. Then his batteries went dead.  I am typing this on generator power and my DSL backup internet (I have Comcast too, but they go down when the lights flicker).  Prior to last nights wind, we have had several days of heavy rain.  Just before sunset last night we had some incredibly beautiful skies.  So I put together a time lapse from different perspectives.  I have one from each cam and then all three combined.  When it was done I thought... This needs music... So I added some....

Thought I'd Share,

Great as usual and I really enjoyed watching the clouds cruse across the sound and hit Whidbey Island and just keep on cruising right on over!
Can watch this now thanks to your 3rd camera.

Excellent work.
