Gratitude.... For an incredibly beautiful day....
« on: March 28, 2014, 12:40:54 AM »
All of us in the Northwest are grieving for the poor folks in Oso right now.  In fact... I'll confess.... A tough old Swede like me broke into tears as I watched an interview last night of a 78 year old man that survived and his wife didn't.  Their suffering is beyond my imagination.  http://www.komonews.com/news/local/Landslide-survivor-I-just-kept-digging-and-digging-and-digging-252560411.html

Personally, I take this as a reminder to enjoy every day with gratitude....  Life is a gift.....

So, today I woke up to an incredible sky and edited a few images into panoramas to share.  Then, when I got home and reviewed the time lapses I could not believe the beauty of the spring cumulus this day gave us.  So much to be grateful for..... I thought I'd share.....  While the poor folks in Oso suffer, the beauty around us seems even more special…..  Every day is a gift!

I still have our beloved PNW in my prayers...
As each day passes the families left behind can only wonder.
Greg, I have to agree with you however every day is a gift,
as I have witnessed with our beautiful weather events here.

Thank you for sharing your videos and you are right the weather was a fantastic view
