Invalid Date/Time in Table (Safari)
« on: April 12, 2019, 04:18:04 PM »
I have noticed this problem since the upgrade first rolled out. The table is displaying invalid date / undefined date in the table. I have only noticed this problem on Safari, it shows up properly on Chrome.

Safari:
[ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

Chrome:
[ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

EDIT: Just noticed the margins are different between Safari and Chrome. The page uses up the entire width in Chrome while Safari has padding on the sides. I am signed in on Safari and Chrome so it isn’t ads trying to load.
- page zoom was set to 85% for some reason so never mind.

I have the same problem in safari. It also happens in Firefox.

I've emailed WU, and had an acknowledgement, but nothing further

As above I've solved it (temporarily) by opening my PWS data using Chrome. But there is no Download Data tab on the screen whereas previously (before WU screwed things up) I could download any period of data. Am I missing something or have WU removed that feature also? Why oh why don't these organisations test things thoroughly before making changes. Grrr!

Yes the download feature is no longer there. I’ve gotten around that by copying and cutting and pasting.  The alignment is slightly different but you can work around that. Some have said you can go back to the old format, but I haven’t figured out how to do that.

Thanks mikemaps but as I download my data once a year to do my annual analysis copying and pasting is not really practical. But why did WU remove such a useful feature - don't they ever ASK their PWS subscribers before they make such decisions? I do despair of such companies at times. It's like the people who make these decisions are not even users and certainly never consult their users.
