I am not trying to make two threads out of this...
but everyone with an Advisory or Warning go check your Advisory/Warning Issue times versus Update Times. 

Is your update time stamp occurring before your Advisory/Warning issue time stamp?

Ken's Explanation as to why your update time may be younger than your issued time.  As was the case with mine?
