It went up to 22.2°C (72°F) at my station yesterday afternoon, so it was very close (just one degree F/ 0.5°C) to a new station record.
Larger parts in Northern Germany (even the islands, except for Heligoland) had highs between 21 and 24°C (70-75°F),
but the hottest temperature was recorded in Bavaria at the Kitzingen weather station with 25.6°C (78°F).
These are exceptional temperatures for late March, the average daytime temperatures at this time of the year in Germany are hovering about 10°C (50°F).
However it can also go into the other direction, just four years ago, we were still in the depth of winter with daytime highs around freezing and night temperatures well below freezing with several inches of snow lying even in the lowlands.
