I have had three Atlases over the past several months - Acurite CS sent me a replacement after each of the first two had issues. All three of these units had/had/have very low UV readings of less than half of what I observe from other stations. Acurite Customer Service was very responsive throughout; however, low UV readings were the least of my issues so I never addressed it with Acurite.
Original Atlas: High temps/fan not running; fixed via troubleshooting w/Acurite CS.
Original Atlas: Periodic connection loss with Access - Acurite sent replacement Atlas.
Replacement Atlas: High temps/fan not running: same issue as Unit 1, however, the fan still failed to start every time it should have (unless I touched it to get it going) so Acurite sent a replacement Atlas.
Second replacement Atlas: is working well (except for the low UV)
