Guess may make countries think twice about nuclear energy????

Just like any method perfectly safe until something goes totally wrong :)

Are they expecting a lot of fallout??

Not much help but at least "ma on' downgraded from a cat.4 previously now at cat.1. Still wouldn't want to be around if it messes with those power plants.
