Woodland [Yolo Co, CA] TRAINED SPOTTER reports FUNNEL CLOUD at 6:25 PM PST -- FUNNEL CLOUD WITH LOWERING CLOUD BASE CROSSING INTERSTATE 5 EAST OF WOODLAND MOVING TO THE NORTH. SPOTTER ESTIMATED FUNNEL WAS APPROXIMATELY 800 FEET OFF THE GROUND.
