A GREAT Day Today For Time Lapse
« on: January 29, 2014, 11:25:49 PM »
I am not sure that I have captured these 4 elements in one day before, so I put together bit of a "highlight reel"....  It starts with Cam 1 picking up a nice rainbow and the a strong convergence zone forming up north.  Then Cam 2 picks up a great example of orographic lift off Double Bluff on Whidbey Island.  At the same time there is very strong wind shear overhead.  Then... watch as the convergence zone moves south and wipes it all out.  From a meteorological perspective, there is a LOT happening in those 3 hours.

Thought I'd share....

Greg - Wow,

Your summary is excellent I just have to say I love the 20 and 47 second marks as they are absolutely incredible.

Again thank you for the time to compose, and the consideration to share these excellent videos.

Randall.
