Your testtags last updated at midnight

$time =  '012:10 AM';   // current time

Try fixing that first

Your testtags seem to be updating every 5 mins, but there 12 hours off for some reason.

Without seeing your wxstatus script, its hard to say what file that is referring too. You should be able to tell by looking at your script. If not, attach your wxstatus script as a txt file and we can see what that is referring too.

Here it is.

It comes from the time/date within the wxtags file. The line above it, suggests that that file is being uploaded. Is the time on your computer correct? Or maybe there's a time zone setting in WD that isn't properly set?

The issue is with your WD time setting .. you have both Use 24 hr time AND use AM/PM selected, so your testtags.php has an invalid time

$time =  '16:15 PM';   // current time
$date =  '02/14/12';   // current date

The FTP information checks the webserver's date/time v.s. the last modified time on the tags file.
The Data information checks the tag's internal date/time v.s. the current webserver's date/time

Best regards,
Ken

Thanks Ken,
I'll check when I get home. Didn't think I changed any WD setting recently.

Where is the WD time setting?

WD, Control Panel, Units&Other Settings, Precision/Time/Date/Cloud Height TAB, Date/Time area:

Choose either (but not both)

AM/PM on time (12 hour format)
  or
Use 24 hour clock

I was in process of DL and updating to ver 13, before I read your reply.
This is a screen capture after my upgrade to WD ver 13.
I emphasize, I made no changes before and/or after on this screen.
Thanks

I had the same problem this morning after updating the wd.exe to the latest version.  I forced an upload of all files via ftpupd and the status was back to normal.  When I checked it a few minutes ago the data hadn't been updated in WD (testtags.php) for 6 hrs. although the file upload was current.  Just now I downloaded Brian's latest wd.exe (v10.37R,B13) and swapped it in.  WD is now once again keeping testtags.php current according to wxstatus.php, so whatever was happening is no longer occuring.  No mention was made of this problem or of fixing it in the WD version history.

Tried version 14, off by 12 hours. Reverted to version 7, appears OK.

There is a thread over on the Weather-Watch.com forum in which Brian says he has updated WD this afternoon to hopefully address the problem.  We can hope that this is the end of it, but 'time will tell'.  Thus far today's new WD.exe is being nice according wxstatus.php on my site.
