Weather Exchange Location Issue
« on: November 16, 2014, 05:52:11 PM »
I have been using Weather Exchange for years and it has worked fine. I just reformatted my hard drive and re-installed a clean copy of Windows 7, with all patches/updates.

When I set up WxEX  and enter my zip code, 28412 for Wilmington NC, it takes it, and indicates the correct Lat/Long. But all the weather stations are for the Charlotte NC area. I used to be able to see quite a few (20 - 30) for Wilm NC.

I uninstalled, and then manually deleted every fingerprint of WXEx from every where, then re-installed and the same thing happened. No matter what zip I use, it defaults to Monroe NC.

Any idea how to fix?
