experimental probabilistic QPF forecasts

Similar to the winter snowfall forecast pages (used by the wxnwswinter.php script by Jerry), NWS Boston just announced that they are one of seven offices with an experimental probabilistic rainfall forecasts in a similar format. Not sure which other six offices are doing this.

Should be easy to figure out. Replace box (Boston) in the URL with the various forecast office designators until you get a hit. Based on that, LOX Oxnard CA and HNX Hanford CA are not taking part.

I have found QPF forecasts to be not very accurate so I'll watching how this turns out.
