Does it matter if there is one pereson camping on your WX stream?

I have one IP addersss that is on my icecast server all the time. I kick them and they come right back. It don't look like they are slowing anything down I am just wondering why they are just sitting there?

I even turn off the stream for about 30 min and started it again and they are right back on.

Having same problem. The IP is supposedly out of Minn.

I am hosting my own icecast server right now. and its in the admin part of it.
