Post by: SlowModem on July 11, 2016, 04:35:07 AM
In case you missed it overnight, it looks like a Derecho coming through early this morning through North Dakota and Minnesota.  I hope everyone up there makes it through ok.

This first mass is supposed to miss the metro area.
More storms later tonight. I will have to tie the grill down better this time.

It was not fun watching a sheet of plywood blow down the street. I don't want the house being built coming into my house

Some places in Central Minnesota has received 6 inches of rain today.  Tornadoes forming. Storms popping.  We will get more later.  I strapped by grill with ratchet ties downs so it wont tip over ( I hope)

I mowed the new sod for the first time today. I hope the wind blows all the clippings away so I dont have to rake them.

Just hope it doesn't blow the sod away.
