Reed Timmer is working on shooting probes into tornadoes using what looks like Estes rockets, just like I used to play with when I was a kid. He's had some circuit boards with sensors made that he can load into the rocket. I hope they've got homing devices, because it would be extremely hard to find after being inside a tornado.
I'm not much of a tweeter, but he did talk some about it.
