I can't see where that's any kind of eye sore. Looks like you should get some good indications of wind speed also.

Looking forward to the winds I'd be measuring. I don't think the HOA will have any problems approving my idea. Of course I don't want to jinx it. ;) That and the Windscope.

UAI arrived in Hayward, CA today. Not sure how long it takes for the repair team to fix things. Bought a 40' extension cable for the anemometer and think I have a perfect spot for the solar sensors. After the UAI is fixed, returned, and installed the old WS pole which served for 5 years comes down. Hopefully it won't take long before I get the UAI back.
I live in an apartment and for the moment am not a home weather watcher.
