New version of Weatherlink

Looks like mostly upgrades for Weatherlink IP.

Software is no good unless you've got the adapter--so what's your point?

Consider that you've either bought one or the other, either you bought the adapter and the software is free, or you bought the software and the adapter is free...

Most of the software on the Davis site is also upgrade only. It isn't the entire package.
