Topic: Meteobridge 'popup' history

Hello!
So,   at work where things are usually much more locked down, i can get this cool pop up when i hover the cursor over any 'current' field


But at home, and [maybe of course..] on my phone, i cannot get this to happen
I use chrome for everything,    windows7   the only real difference is that at home it is a laptop

Ideas?

touch screen devices cannot trigger a hoover function.

Ahh,        so..   if my laptop is touchscreen,  but i'm using a mouse  [or touch-pad]   it still would not work
well,  bummer,  but that kinda makes sense
