Different between WD-3302U and WD-3308U

I'm looking at getting a weather direct system and it seemed that WD-3302U and WD-3308U have the same features but the WD-3308U-WAL is $25 more so I was wondering what the differents of the two were.

From what I see it appears the 3302 has expansion options with weather alerts. I read this on Amazon's 3302 page but didn't see any reference to it on the 3308 page.
