Are you working with Ambient Weather?   or directly from 'boris'          He's in Germany I'm pretty sure.

Boris, and Smartbedded/Meteo have always been very responsive for all technical issues/questions,   BUT  i've not bought hardware from them

The fundamental question then is:

Did Boris tell you he shipped it and you havent received it yet
or
Did he not reply to you or hasnt done anything yet?

In other words, is it a problem with the time it takes for it to be delivered or the time it takes for your problem to be processed

I purchased my Meteobridge Pro from Ambient here in the US.  During re-starts the front panel message states “Format Storage” and after some time it states “Format FAILED”.  It also seems to stop reporting to weather services after a few days when a SanDisk USB drive is inserted into the front USB port.  The unit seems to have an internal Memory Problem. I have contacted Ambient since the unit was purchased from them and they have sent my emails to Boris copying me.  Two days have gone by and no response from Boris.  I have subsequently requested a replacement from Ambient under the one year warranty and I understand they have none in stock to replace it with.

I was thinking about buying one myself, but after reading this I think I will wait until next summer and see if people are still having problems with them. I had a Weatherhub 4 die on me after a 14 months. Ambient Weather pretty much told me tough luck.
