How to reset Rain Total

I'm running heavy weather 2.0 beta release on Windows XP. Lightning got me and I had to reinstall everything.
All my history files and currentdat.lst are OK, but my Yearly Total rainfall zeroed out. I know that it was right at 20 inches before the crash. What file can I edit to get that back where it was?

I do not believe there is a way to do this with HW.
