Unable to access web page interface - RESOLVED
« on: April 29, 2017, 09:32:34 AM »
Hi Folks,

Despite my system running pretty well, I am unable to access the web server page interface. I have punched the 2 buttons on ST card and have also unplugged the powered to the system twice with the same result. I have not changed anything in my firewall/router setup at all.

I am open to ideas and/or suggestions,

John

I just checked mine, because there was a problem with this a few months ago. I think Tobi did something with the servers to fix it.
I don't remember the details, but I think that this issue was raised in the user's forum at Blitzortung.
Can you access via the default IP address? Ping either the default or your set one?

The default one is 192.168.1.235 with a subnet-mask of 255.255.255.0.
This page is showing you as offline.

Hi Greg,

I had unplugged mine because of going into interference mode and staying there. I was able to do the default reset, but that's it. Still no GUI. If someone can give me the URL for the home page, I can try that.

Thanks,

John

Found the issue. It's my A/V, Avast. Will have to see what I can do about that.
