FOR NEARLY 3 WEEKS DISPLAY HAS SHOWN ONLY 'PARTLY CLOUDY'  OR RAIN,    EVEN ON FULL SUNSHINY DAYS.
PHONED DAVIS, TECH SAID, "HE REALLY DIDN'T KNOW THE ANSWER".
FIRMWARE 3.7 VER. IN WIRELESS PRO2 CONSOLE BOOSTER.
PERPLEXED, HELP, NOVICE HERE.

No one know the answer, but this info what you need comes from barometer. Barometer fault is not common, but very well known.
So this is first thing to check.

Faulty barometer will stop chenging. This mean old value is on console screen up to reset, even if sensor is not working from yesterday.
Power off your console and check if barometer is not ---.
Also you could check datalogger if barometer values is not the same for whole day.

If barometer is working ok, then I also don't have answer for you.

After following your full instructions_
At 0910 hours  the bloody SUN was displayed and is still there!
Has been missing as mentioned for 3-4 weeks.
