VP2 Solar Panel
« on: March 11, 2010, 11:26:32 PM »
Does any one know the voltage output on the VP2 wireless ISS solar panel? (On average)

Davis only says 0.5 watts.

Also, which pin on the ISS board is pos. and which is neg. Snow and ice on the roof is keeping me from
finding this out myself.

No. 1 is nearest the top of the board,

No. 2 is nearest the battery.

Thanks

The negative terminal is the top one, positive nearest the battery.  The solar panel has 4 cells which produce about .56 volts each for a total of 2.24 volts depending on the sun intensity.
