Yesterday (4/13/) at 4:36 my smarthub stopped sending data from my 5 in 1 and three (3) sensors to "My Accurite".
Green light is on, yellow light is flashing, and both blue light are on solid. (usually left blue light flashes)
I have rebooted smarthub, modem and changed ports. Can you think of anything else to try?
I have an extra "Bridge" in the box never opened, it was never updated with the new software to become a "Smarthub".
Can I just hook this bridge up like normal and will the software update automatically to become a "Smarthub" or do I have to have to contact contact accurite for an email for the migration process again?
