Hello: I have a new WMR 200A and am using Virtual Weather Station software. I don't have a dedicated computer hooked up, as I take my computer away with me on business trips that last three to four days at a time. Most times, when I get home, I fire up VWS then plug the USB cable in from the weather station, and it downloads all the data. Unfortunately, there have been a few times where it looks like the download gets stuck on the first one or to data points then stops downloading altogether and skips right to the present. Since I have the box checked to clear the data logger after the d/l, I guess the data is gone forever, or is it? So I guess this is a three part question. Since the weather station itself is showing the extremes since I left home on the business trip, is the data still there? If so, how do I get it to download? Also, how can I avert this problem from repeating in the future? Is it a bug with the weather station or VWS software. Thank you.
