I have found where the data files are.

Can I import the data into Excel?

No one told me that running Weatherlink under Vista that I had to run it as an administrator.

There is a utility for playing with the data in Excel at http://davisnet.com/support/weather/software_dllsdk.asp.  As for running WeatherLink as the Admin, all you really need to do is give write permission to "everyone" on the WeatherLink station folder and all sub folders in that directory.
