Topic: NOAA Reports and weather data not updating...

I am brand new to weather-display and I'm trying to get the Saratoga template and Ajax dashboard working properly. I have the Ajax JavaScript updating but it's defaulting to imperial when I told it metric...where am I going wrong? Also it seems I may or may not have my ftp settings right as it doesn't update all the files...but the template says ftp is current and so is realtime but it says weather data and noaa reports are old... I also can't find out how my test tags.php update every minute instead of every 5....

Just updating everyone...I have the realtime and everything else updating...still can't figure out why my script always defaults to imperial...for some reason my weather-display weather data is always out of date, don't know what files it checks for currency. If someone could shine some light I would greatly appreciate it!!
