Big Snow in NE Lower Michigan
« on: March 02, 2017, 08:56:53 AM »
I measured 13.5" on the snowboard this morning, with 18.5" on the ground. Yesterday's storm was "lake effect enhanced". It varies around the yard due to drifting. My snow-throwing efforts yesterday appear to have been for naught. I had the driveway down to pavement, and you would never know it this morning.

This is the first time that the CoCoRaHS outer cylinder was filling up to the point that I had to empty it yesterday afternoon. I captured about another 4-5" in the bottom of the gauge and added it to yesterday's results. That hasn't happened to me before.

Snow Stick shows about 16".
