Ryan,

I noticed the gauges.js file calls for customclientraw.txt which is not on your server.  Try that.  I don't know how WD processes real time files or if it even does.  Customclientrawlocal.txt is the template. So somehow you need process that  template and have it upload the processed file as  customclientraw.txt to the same directory that has the gauges-ss.php file.  I'm speaking as a Cumulus user.  If you still have problems I suggest posting your question here  http://www.weather-watch.com - there is a steel series section.

in WD
in control panel, webfiles/web page setup, real time ftp setup
see the custom client raw file setup...and tick to create that
make sure the needed customclientrawlocal.txt is in the clientraw folder location

I checked it Brian.

What should this line read?

//*** WD Users: Change this to your download location if the ccr file is not in the same folder as the gauges-ss.htm***
    g_realTimeURL           = "customclientraw.txt";

That line is fine.  Did you put the customclientrawlocal file on your computer where Brian told you.  That should not be on the server - it needs to be on your computer for WD to process.

Did I tick the right thing? I don't think I have the customclientraw.txt file in the correct location?

Sorry I can't help on WD setup... but you got live data showing, very good.  Now some work to show the graphs on mouse-over...

the seconds till next update most likely will be setting change in the php script, not a WD setting

also just for reference, the clientraw location is by default the webfiles folder, but you can set it to what you want, in the webfiles/web page setup, first tab

now that you have the main part working, would be good if someone could summarise the steps needed (and where to download, etc)
:)

Full Steel Series Gauges thread here http://sandaysoft.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=21 which includes a Steel Series Announcement that has the V. 1 download zip.

Version 2.0 Beta zip on first post here http://sandaysoft.com/forum/download/file.php?id=7390 which is stable and I think near to be the release version.

I found the instructions to be be okay as a Cumulus user, and did notice there was different setup and settings for WD users shown as well.  Not sure if there has been any recent update and discussion in Weather Watch.

Mark has done a tremendous job on the Steel Series Gauges and been very helpful.

would be great to have a template file with the needed custom tag changes for WD users available (hosted) somewhere (e.g I could host that set of files)
Also I could create a custom tag for humidex that uses the set in the program temperature unit
and I could add a one step setting to WD to process the template file with the custom tags in it

Then what to put there?
