What does a dotted line around temp mean on wundermap?
« on: November 05, 2014, 04:47:08 PM »
Is this new or did I just never notice before that some temperature readings on Wundermap have a dotted circle around them instead of the normal complete circle?  Does anyone know the significance of this?  I looked around the WU website but couldn't find an explanation.

Could you provide a screen shot? Not sure what you're talking about.
I live in an apartment and for the moment am not a home weather watcher.

I am a storm chaser.

I see this too. I do not know what is up with it though.

I believe it indicates whether or not wind data is/are available (dashed circle = no wind data).

Found the attached screen capture of the WunderMap legend.
