Same Weather Alerts Repeat Multiple Times

Sometimes my weather alerts get repeated multiple times.  As of now there are two of them each repeated 5 times.  But it usually doesn't last for long, so don't be surprised it's not apparent now.  Anyway, what's the source for this problem?  The NWS? http://stillwaterweather.com

Sometimes the source has the error and then it's corrected a minute or so later.
If the cache file gets updated during the error, the error will be displayed until the cache file expires. Which is usually 10 minutes.
There are other possibilities...
