This past week's weather has brought to light a problem that I didn't realize was around until I began trying to archive news stories for my scrap books. In newspapers it's very simple to cut out and paste the articles and then scan them into my computer for safe keeping. What appears in the morning papers is the final word for that day on the news, and the following day updates will follow.
But with the Associated Press now jumping to publish stories as fast as they can, obviously, scrap booking articles that you can only find online becomes a much more tedious task as updates can come only seconds after you finished copying an article or printing it out.
Does anybody have any good advice on how to handle a situation like this so I don't lose my mind copying and pasting (not to mention breaking my bank account trying to handle ink cartridge replacements)?
