Bill
 2 questions
1) what is the approximate length of the main pole?

2) have you used PVC fittings?

1) The mast is 10'
2) The fittings are PVC, everything else is galv. pipe.

No.  But everything is isolated with the use of the PVC fittings--some what.

Anyone have some good rooftop mounting suggestions for my WMR100?

I have mine fixed to a 10 feet aluminium TV aerial mast which is the bolted to a bracket on my chimney stack. The mounting pole provided with the wind sensor goes down inside the mast and is secured with a screw. I live in a single storey building. I will post a picture if I can get my camera to work properly.
