Topic: tgftp.nws.noaa.gov - Seems to be down

tgftp.nws.noaa.gov where we get METAR data seems to be down.  For example where I get mine is http://tgftp.nws.noaa.gov/data/observations/metar/stations/KMLE.TXT  This is causing the 'Nearby METAR Reports' on the Saratoga template to hang.

Did NOAA change something that I missed?

UPDATE:

They must be having some kind of a problem.  It does eventually connect.  I'm not having problems connecting to any other URLs so I don't think it's me
