Changes to CWOP

To most of us, this is old news.  However, in small print down at the bottom, it seems they changed the upload frequency.  Just thought I'd pass this along.

What they are really trying to is to get people  upload at odd intervals so everyone is not uploading at exactly 10 minute intervals like 10, 20 ,30 ,40 minutes after the hour. They want to spread out the load on the servers. Don't think it is explained very well.
