Title: Realtime Interval

I was wondering if it is possible to create an option to have a true realtime interval. ie Cumulus FTP's only when Cumulus detects an update from my Fine Offset PWS and not on an X second interval where I set for 16 seconds ant at most 3 FTP's are identical data to the previous FTP sent.
