Title: How about a list of features that no longer work.

I've got these are the stuff I still was using.

Weather Warning
Forecasts
Email
climate Reposts
mesonet map
weather Exchange
The Metar as of now the NOAA station reports does not work but the Hamweather station reposts is still working
The FTP Downloads files from ftp.noaa.gov does not work

Anything else ?

Add NOAA Metar and other downloads.  You used to be able to download things like the marine conditions, area forecast discussions, among other things.
