I agree. You are where you want to be. Let it ride for a few days. Then double check. Wait for a good day perhaps when isobars line up and KHDE and KHLC both have the same pressure. As long as you, in the middle, are not sitting on a High or Low zone which you confirm by looking at the isobars then you should all three match up. But I think you got it.
I like using Mesowest maps and selecting a radius 50 miles. Then selecting two indicators, Sea Level Pressure and Altimeter (don't choose just Pressure as that is station pressure). That is what I've done below. To read the number on the map you add a 2 or 3 in front of every number if you are on English units....or add a 9 or 10 if you are in Metric units.
