Further, it is used to host the latest version of the CWOP station database dump which is then imported into other websites. I believe that NOAA is still making updates to the database, but those updates are not flowing to all the places that they used to. This means that (in particular) weather.gladstonefamily.net will not see updates until the situation can be resolved.
