3 days or so until it takes effect. Sounds like a major change coming later (This is in response to a required web infrastructure consolidation that will occur by the end of 2015)

It's unlikely to cause changes to the advforecast2.php script for NWS forecasts .. that script uses http://forecast.weather.gov/ as a data source (which is not changing).  AFAIK, the changes apply to the Regional office pages (which still show the old layout).
