Title: New user question about Weatherlink Live
Post by: cedarridgewx on June 15, 2019, 08:13:20 PM
Hi All,

After many years and moving from Europe to USA I got myself a new station... wireless VP2 Pro Plus with FARS.

All is now installed. I have the ISS on the ground next to the house, and anemometer on the roof linked using a wireless connector.

Have a few questions regarding the weatherlink live.

On the console everything looks fine and all data is showing.

On the weatherlink live website I had to add ISS and the extra sensor and everything is showing in my bulletin....but NOT on the chart page I only see basic data...no UV, Solar, wind, etc.... Any idea why that is?

On the weatherlink app in iOS, I dont see wind at all....
Same story with uploads to the WU....no wind data.

I got the pro+ subscription.

Any idea why this is? Please help.

Many thanks,
Paolo

Assuming the station you linked to is the station in question:

The wind data is not currently showing in the weatherlink.com Bulletin - why not add the wind graphics? Sounds to me that the Weatherlink Live transmitters may not be configured correctly.

Go into the Device configuration screen then select the ISS transmitter (probably channel #1?). Choose Advanced Settings and you should see an option to 'Select Anemometer'
