Spectrum Technologies - Solar Radiation Sensor #36701
« on: February 11, 2018, 08:35:02 PM »
I have acquired two WatchDog weather stations that were originally used for monitoring weather in a couple vineyards. The company that owned them went out of business and I happened to be in the right place to be gifted with the stations. However neither of them work at all. Even with new batteries in them, there is no indication of anything working. The displays are simply blank. There are two solar radiation sensors mounted on them and I am wondering if they are the same ones used by Davis in the VP2 Pro line. I've found a link on Spectrum's website for the sensors but haven't been able to get any wiring diagram information on them.

Does anyone know anything about these sensors? The plug on the end of the cable appears to be a small stereo style of plug.
